Yemen attacks
Sanaa - Arab Today

A total of 21 Houthis were killed, while 32 others were injured in clashes with the popular resistance in Taiz governorate, army council media center said on Sunday.

Also, a member of the resistance was killed, while 15 others were injured in the clashes.

Two young girls were also killed, while 18 others, mostly children, were injured in Houthis shelling to residential neighborhoods.

Meanwhile, national army and popular resistance forces, backed by Arab coalition forces, continued clearing operations in western Taiz city that was started on Saturday to lift the six–month siege practiced by Houthis and pro-former president Ali Abdullah Saleh militias.

The army's artillery also shelled several positions of the militias in western Taiz city in preparation to storm it to liberate it from the militants.
