Militant attacks and roadside bombings across Afghanistan have killed at least 14 Afghan National Army soldiers, officials said. A statement released by the Defense Ministry Media Office Sunday said the attacks happened during the past two days, Khaama Press reported. At least seven Afghan soldiers were killed by roadside improvised explosive device attacks in Afghanistan's in Maidan Wardak, Kabul, Logar, Helmand and Kandahar provinces, the statement said. Seven other soldiers were killed in attacks by militants in Helmand, Kandahar, and Kabul provinces. Three other soldiers were wounded during the attacks. At least 927 Afghan national security force troops have been killed since the start of 2013, the Afghan government said.
