Israel suppress Palestinian demonstrations

Israeli occupation forces today suppressed the weekly Al-Ma’ssara demonstration which condemns the construction of the separation barrier and expansion in the Palestinian territories.Press spokesman of the Popular Committee Against the Wall and Settlement in Bethlehem province Mohamed Brijiyeh said that Israeli soldiers suppressed the protesters banning them from arrival at the wall site.He added that the participants staged a sit-in and delivered speeches in which they underlined the need for continued popular activities in solidarity with the Palestinian prisoners in Israeli jails to draw the attention of the international community in order to intervene to halt the Israeli repressive policy against them.
