Yas Island revs up for best Race Weekend to date

Yas Island, the UAE’s premier entertainment destination is set to host thousands of visitors for the eighth annual Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix for what is anticipated to be the island’s best Race Weekend to date.

Yas Island’s 16 attractions will host a full schedule on and off track entertainment, activities and offers designed for visitors of all racing stripes. New this year is the confirmation that all Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Ticket holders will have complimentary access* to both Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and Yas Waterworld Abu Dhabi for each day of their valid Abu Dhabi Grand Prix Ticket.

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix ticketholders will also have access to four After-Race concerts held nightly from 24th to 27th November at du Arena which this year, will feature an all-star line-up that includes Pitbull on Thursday, The Chemical Brothers on Friday night, Lionel Ritchie on Saturday and Rihanna for the finale on Sunday.

Yas Island attractions also hosting events and staging special offers across Race Weekend for ticketholders and non-ticketholders alike include Yas Marina, Yas Links, Yas Beach, Yas Mall and Cascade Dining. Among the offers include an array of dining and nightlife events at Yas Marina and Yas Viceroy, a star-studded line-up at Mad on Yas, dining offers at Yas Links, special entertainment at Yas Beach and special dining offers at Yas Mall and Cascade Dining.

Along with the main stage After Race concerts, other confirmed A-listers set to visit Yas Island for various nightlife appearances during Race Weekend include Drake, Jay Sean, Future, and Rita Ora.
