Wali meets World Food Programme delegation
Minister of Social Solidarity Ghada Wali

Minister of Social Solidarity Ghada Wali met on Thursday with a visiting delegation of the World Food Programme (WFP).
They probed aspects of cooperation between the ministry and the UN program in light of Egypt's 2030 sustainable development strategy.
The WFP delegation invited Wali to take part in the annual global forum, which will be held in Canada, to expound Egypt's expertise in social protection and conditional cash support programs.
Wali, for her part, praised the successful partnership between the ministry and the WFP in the field of social protection, citing many projects launched by the program in support of the most needy people in Egypt.
