UN Special Envoy for Libya Martin Kobler said Vice-President of the German Bundestag Claudia Roth welcomed the strong engagement in Libya's development process.
In a tweet on his account, Kobler said Roth spoke about the security situation in Libya before the Defense Committee at the German Bundestag.
