
A delegation from the United Arab Emirates has participated in the 3rd preparatory meeting of the 14th International Arab Mineral Resources Conference at the headquarters of the Arab Industrial Development and Mining Organisation in Rabat.
The UAE delegation included Ahmed Mohamed Alkaabi, Assistant Under-Secretary for Petroleum, Gas and Mineral Resources at the Ministry of Energy, and Ali Qassim, General Manager of Fujairah Natural Resources Corporation. The meeting also saw the participation of representatives of organisations and institutions concerned with mineral wealth in the Arab world.
The meeting discussed preparations to host the 14th International Arab Mineral Resources Conference and the accompanying exhibition in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia from 22nd to 24th November, which enjoys the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
