Turkish president receives credentials of Qatari ambassador

Turkish President Abdullah Gul has received the credentials of HE Salem bin Mubarak Al Shafi as Qatar’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Turkey. At the outset of the meeting, HE the Qatari Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the President Gul and the Turkish people, wishing them further progress and prosperity. For his part, the Turkish President entrusted HE the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and his wishes of further growth and prosperity to the Qatari people.
