Foreign Minister of Turkey Ahmet Davutoglu discussed issues of mutual interest in separate meetings with two senior Iranian officials. The Turkish Minister visits Tehran to discuss major bilateral, regional and international developments, according to Iranian (IRNA) News Agency. He held separate meetings with Iran's First Vice-President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi and Foreign Minister Ali-Akbar Salehi. On Thursday, Davutoglu is to meet with Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council Saeed Jalili. Turkish Foreign Ministry has earlier announced that while in Tehran, Davutoglu would discuss Iran's nuclear program as well as recent political developments in Iraq and Syria. Later on Thursday, the Iranian and Turkish foreign ministers are to attend a joint press conference on the outcome of Davutoglu's visit to Iran.
