Syrian Revolutionary Forces have indicated on Friday that the opposition bear no relation to war crimes committed in Latakia. Following the statement of Human Rights Watch (HRW), which blames some anti-regime groups in Syria for executions, hostages and mass killings in Latakia of Syria, Syrian opposition forces said "The reported violation was committed by the foreign extremist groups which emerged due to the policy of the regime." The statement made by the opposition, blaming Assad regime for human rights abuses, said the revolutionary forces abided by the rules and would do what was necessary for bringing the criminals to justice.
