Syrian Defence Minister inspects military positions in Daraa

Syria's Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Army and Armed Forces, Defense Minister Maj. Gen. Fahd Jassem al-Freij has inspected a number of military positions in Daraa province to follow up the operations conducted by the army in the region.
During the tour, Minister al-Freij, accompanied by officers from the General Command of the Army and Armed Forces, met with soldiers and relayed to them the greetings and salutations of President Bashar al-Assad.
Al-Freij was briefed by field commanders about missions being carried out in the area, and he inspected the readiness of soldiers and commended their efforts and their high morale.
