
A grenade attack by suspected members of the outlawed Kurdish Workers' Party wounded a district governor and two police officers on Thursday in southeast Turkey, Dogan news agency reported.
The suspects fired a rocket-propelled grenade on the office of the governor of Derik, a district in the southeastern Mardin province, Dogan said.
Derik governor Muhammed Fatih Safiturk and the two wounded police officers are being treated in a local hospital, the private news agency said.
