SJC launches new website

HE the Chief Justice of Cassation and the Chairman of the Supreme Judiciary Council (SJC) Masaoud Mohamed Al-Ameri, has launched the new version of SJC’s website, which provides several services. The website provides information about the Court of Cassation, the Court of Appeals and the Courts of First Instance. It also provides a range of electronic services that will facilitate the following-up the cases, in addition to an electronic list, which includes, the lawyers, judges, legally authorized marriage officiants and judicial aides. The site also provides forms of various courts and a guide to explain the proceedings and answer frequently asked questions regarding the various stages of litigation in addition to statistical data and a section dedicated to the courts’ news in addition to a link view job vacancies and job application form. Moreover, the site incorporates a number of Encyclopedias related to judicial provisions and principles in Qatar and the world.
