The capacity of the second camp will be for 35 thousand people, Irbil Governor Nawzad Hadi told Anadolu Agency, adding the first camp in Duhok province with its capacity of 30 thousand people was inadequate. "We are building a second camp with the support of UN," said Hadi, "At first, 10 thousand people will inhabit, and later the capacity will be raised to 35 thousand people." Those refugees who had to sleep at the streets of Irbil will be allowed into the camps, he said also stating there would be a hospital, playground, and other facilities in the camp. Hadi said public employment office will hire those refugees who are able to work.
