Armed radical groups slaughtered a 23-year-old pro-government Syrian activist and four of her family members in a district of Damascus, pro-government Sham FM radio reported Sunday. The armed men stormed the house of Wala Yousef and killed her alongside her parents and two sisters in the Damascus' northern district of Rukin Addien, according to the report. Yousef was an active volunteer in the pro-government Damascus' Volunteers Team and other relief work groups, Sham FM said. Several similar incidents have made the rounds over the past 28 months of the political crisis in which pro-government people were targeted by Western-backed rebels.
