
Qatar Guest center (QGC) to introduce islam at Eid bin Mohammed Al Thani Charity foundation, has announced that the number of new converts to Islam has surpassed one thousand since the beginning of this year until July. Ali Saeed Al Marri, the head of the center made clear that the number of converts is due to the da’awi or guiding efforts being made to introduce Islam, pointing out that about 60 guided declared their Islam through da’awi Ramadan programs organized by the Center in the breakfast sites of the Foundation. He said that the center has a special program for converts under the title / breakfast and call / which addresses a number of important issues such as the miracle of the Koran, Allah the Almighty save it , the holy Quran from distortion, and Islam the right, and Islam is a religion of humanity, Jesus and Muhammad, peace and blessings be upon him (PBBUH) with a review of real life stories of some converts and others. On the da’awi programmes at breakfast sites for the Muslim public, Al-Marri explained that the program focuses on educating attendees of these sites to the provisions of prayer and fasting, almsgiving and charity and Umrah of Ramadan and the importance of inviting non-Muslims and the methods and means of the call to Allah the Almighty as well as the distribution of publications, brochures and information da’awaa materials. The Qatar Quest Center to introduce Islam received during the last year 1457 a newly guided from different nationalities compared to 833 guided in the previous year.
