Putin : Russia continues to be reliable partner to Islamic world

Russian President Vladimir Putin said Moscow will continue to be a reliable ally to the Islamic world, Sputnik International said.
Addressing the meeting of the Group of Strategic Vision "Russia-Islamic World" on Friday, Putin said the meeting tackles important issues which are directly linked to events that happen in a number of Islamic countries and have their impact on other parts of the world.
Putin voiced hope the meeting would contribute effectively to efforts on enhancing trust and cooperation between Russia and Muslim countries.
