
President Abd Rabbo Mansour Hadi on Wednesday said the dialogue chosen by the Yemenis has no option but to succeed. Hadi made the statement during his meeting with the executive and military leaders of the capital and provinces of Sana'a, Hadramout, Hodaida, Mahrah, Mahwit and Raimah in the presence of Ministers Defense and Interior and heads of the Political Security and National Security Services. "The dialogue, Yemenis have chosen, has no way to go but to succeed. We assure everyone that the National Dialogue Conference's outcomes and its final document that will steer Yemen away from serious risks," Hadi said. He said that the extreme centralization is one of the causes of the problems the people suffer from, adding granting powers, equality and fair distribution of power and wealth are solutions to overcome differences and build a modern civil state sought by everyone. He indicated to the various political, security and economic challenges Yemen is facing at the current important stage, stressing the need for mobilizing efforts to address them. The President stressed that the armed and security forces are a safety valve that protects the nation and the people's gains, topped by the national dialogue's outcomes, calling for enhancing the unity of the armed and security forces which would be reflected positively in the unity of the community. "The military establishment is no longer fighting itself. Today, after the restructuring process, it is one force loyal to Allah and the nation away from self-interest." Hadi urged to adopt a new strategy to confront the terrorist acts and security troubles, stressing the need to be alert at all times.
