Adviser to the Prime Minister Engr Aamir Muqan.
Peshawar - Arab Today

Adviser to the Prime Minister Engr Aamir Muqan Sunday said the people of Lahore had categorically rejected Imran Khan and
his dearth politics and hopefully the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa would reject him and his party in the forthcoming general election in 2018.
Muqam, who is also president of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, was addressing meetings in Tarat and Madyan, District Swat, Malakand Division. On this occasion, member of the Union Council Mian Shujat Ali, former candidate PK-85 Mian Shahid Ali Khan, former member of the National Assembly Mian Sardar Ali, Dr. Shahbir Mian, Faramosh, Tehsil Councilor Tirat Haji Shahbir Ahmad and Village Councilor Shahgai Shahgram Farid Ullah along with his relatives and supporters joined the PML-N .
He said time had gone when the leadership of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and Awami National Party used to befool the people of Swat by committing false promises instead of solving their problems.
He said those doing politics of dishonesty and lies had been rejected by the people of Malakand Dvision. In 2008, the people of Swat voted for Awami National Party and in 2013, they opted for Imran Khan but both did not come to their rescue in the hour of need. The two parties leadership, he added, paid only lip-service instead of addressing the people’s problems.
He said it was only the PML-N, which had taken practical steps by launching mega projects in the Malakand Division. Normalcy restored to Swat and the rest of Malakand Division as a result of wide-ranging policies of the PML-N government, he added.
He said the people of Haripur by attending the meeting in thousands had shown their support for former prime minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif and same would be response of people in Peshawar on February 4.
Muqam congratulated those who joined the party.
