Omani defence minister meets UK delegation

Oman's Minister Responsible for Defence Affairs, Badr bin Saud bin Harib Al Busaidi, received here today lord Astor, UK undersecretary of state and Lords spokesman on defense and his accompanying delegation, who are currently visiting Oman. Talks during the meeting dealt with relations between the two countries, in addition to a number of areas of cooperation and matters of common concern. On the other hand, Lt. Gen. Hamad bin Harith al-Nabhani, Chief of Staff of the Sultani Armed Forces (SAF), reviewed with the UK delegation a number of issues of common concern.
