Obama feels he's earned a second term

US President Barack Obama believes he has earned the right to be re-elected because his administration has considerably eased economic tensions in the US, he told NBC. Obama admits the job is not finished, but says the creation of 250,000 jobs last month is the biggest gain since 2005. He said he hopes American workers will have the highest quality of life in the world, though over 13 million Americans (8.5 per cent) remain jobless.
