A new mechanism was introduced to operate Al-Mashaer (sacred places) train in this year's Hajj, including tightening follow-up procedures to check boarding cards. To strictly implement the train transporting of pilgrims, more than 1600 female and male youths will be deployed to streamline train-passengers to help them smoothly reach their seats or disembark the trains. The new mechanism also included correcting all mishaps reported by pilgrims and authorities last year. The objective of the new mechanism is to bar no-card passengers from having access to the area or boarding the trains. Passengers will be transported in groups matching with the overall capacity of the trains. During rush times, the trains will make departure from and arrival in three stations while at easy traffic times, they are going to stop in each station.
