
The Marib-Sana'a power transmission lines were targeted on Thursday morning by a new sabotage attack, which is the second attack in less than 24 hours. A source at the Ministry of Electricity explained to Yemen News Agency (Saba) that gunmen from Al Sawdaq attacked the first circuit of the power transmission lines in al-Damashiqah area in Marin province, which led to bringing the gas-powered station out of service. The source noted that the second circuit was still out of the service due to an assault took place yesterday while the technical teams were fixing the first circuit, which was attacked this morning.
