Huda Al Hashemi, Assistant to the Director-General for Strategy and Innovation at the Prime Minister's Office, said, "The launch of this programme is in line with the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, who has stated that innovation in government is not an intellectual luxury, administrative improvement or propaganda but rather the essence of the government’s role, development and evolution – it is the vital factor behind the transformation of a nation."
