Minister of Interior approves civil defence Hajj emergency response plan

Prince Mohammed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee has adopted the Civil Defense Hajj Emergency Response Plan to protect the security and safety of pilgrims during this year's Hajj season 1434 AH (2013). This was announced by Lt. Gen. Saad bin Abdullah Al- Tuwaijri, Director-General of Civil Defense, who confirmed that approval of the Minister of Interior comes as an extension of the great efforts exerted by Prince Mohamed bin Naif bin Abdulaziz to achieve the security and safety of pilgrims, and his support for the efforts of civil defense to do its duties in the face of any risks during the pilgrimage season.
