Lawyer Kucherena: Snowden believes he does good to humanity

NSA leaker Edward Snowden believes he has done good to humankind, therefore Russia should continue its humanitarian mission stretching a helping hand to him, lawyer Anatoly Kucherena said on Wednesday. “If to speak about his comprehension of what has happened, he is confident that he has done good to the American nation and the whole humanity. This is his moral message,” Kucherena told reporters. Snowden said he was tired of “daily lies.” “He is a man, he is a real man,” Kucherena said. “There are two ways out of this situation,” Kucherena said. “He may remain in a transit zone and live there before he gets old, because he may stay there endlessly or we, Russia, may carry out our humanitarian mission providing him support, including that in relation to his status. This is what we are doing now.”
