Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said after talks with U.N. envoy Staffan de Mistura Tuesday he hoped that a cessation of hostilities could be announced in Aleppo already "in the next few hours."
"I am hoping that in the near future, maybe even in the next few hours such a decision will be announced," Lavrov told reporters after talks with the U.N. envoy in Moscow
