Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ramtane Lamamra, said Wednesday that there was no apology from Morocco following last November’s violation against the headquarters of Algeria General Consulate in Casablanca and the desecration of the national flag, unlike France who expressed regrets concerning President François Hollande remarks on security situation in Algeria."There were telephone calls from French Foreign Minister to Algerian Foreign Minister, from French president to Algerian President, which included extremely important words in the relations between the two countries, but with Morocco there was none,” bemoaned Lamamra, guest of Canal Algerie TV "Sur le fil” (On the Edge) programme."It is not for me to tell what the national style for each country is. An incident also happened with France, everyone was able to notice the phone calls, press releases and apologies from this country. Is there an apology from Rabat?," he wondered.Saying that Algeria has maintained friendly relationships with most countries worldwide, Lamamra said "whether there is agreement or disagreement with us on any matter, I do not think that the only way to show disagreement is to attack the national flag."
