Kuwaiti Ambassador to Brazil Yousif Abdulsamad stressed on Saturday on the importance of enhancing relations in all domains with the South American's countries.The Kuwaiti envoy expressed appreciation for the diplomatic participation of Brazil, Ecuador, Peru and Guyana in an upcoming conference of Arab and South American Education ministers, which will be held in Kuwait on November 28-30.The conference comes as a result of an announcment made in Qatar's Second Arab-South American countries summit, held in 2009, Addulsamad said.The conference will also discuss the Arab league and South American cooperation plan in public education of 2010."The gathering will be a real opportunity to discuss educational policies applied in the Arab and South American regions. It will be also a chance to exchange expertise and more contemporary educational methods," he added.In conclusion, the Kuwaiti envoy expressed hope that this conference would be a "success" in further developing cultural, political and economic ties with both Arab and South American countries.
