Kuwait lauds Uzbekistan's human rights efforts

Kuwait praised here on Thursday Uzbekistan's efforts in following the guidelines set by the United Nations Human Rights Council Kuna reported. Speaking at the 24th session of the UN Human Rights Council, diplomatic attache at the permanent Kuwaiti delegation to the UN Bashar Abduallah Al-Mwaizri said that Uzbekistan exerted recognizable efforts in ending racial discrimination and torture, adding that Uzbekistan also offered more care to maintain children's rights Uzbekistan also worked on enhancing stability and security in society and also took vital steps towards economic reforms, he added.
