
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa today received, at the Safriya Palace, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of Kuwait, Sheikh Sabah Al-Khalid Al-Hamad Al-Sabah, who conveyed to HM the King a written letter from His Highness Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmed Al-Jabir Al-Sabah, the Amir of Kuwait, on the close historical relations bind the two brotherly countries and their people, in addition to the latest developments on the regional and international arenas. HH the Amir of Kuwait also greeted and wished HM the King abundant health and happiness and for the Kingdom of Bahrain and its people further progress and prosperity. HM the King hailed the outstanding relations between two brotherly countries and the progress witnessed in all fields, thanks to the joint coordination and cooperation. HM the King praised the pioneering role of HH Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah in strengthening the bilateral relations, the march of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf, supporting Arab and Islamic causes and promoting joint Arab action. HM the King stressed the importance of the continued bilateral coordination between the Kingdom of Bahrain and State of Kuwait to strengthen relations among GCC countries. HM the King sent his greetings to HH the Amir of Kuwait and wished him ample health and happiness and for the people of Kuwait further progress and development.
