
Vice President Khosa'yir al-Khuza'e, who is on an official visit to Iran to participate in the inauguration of President Hasan Rouhani, discussed with Secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Saeed Jalili, the Iraq-Iran relations and developments in the area. Iran's Mehr News Agency reported on Sunday, Aug. 4, that in the meeting, Jalili expressed satisfaction on Iraq's developing political and economic situation; he praised the relations between the two countries describing is of being excellent, expressing Iran's readiness to participate in Iraq's security and stability. For his part, Khuza'e expressed satisfaction for the developing relations between the two countries, he considered Iran's development as being something to be proud about for the area and the Islamic world.
