Ramallah - Wafa

Ambassador of Kazakhstan to Jordan, Bulat Sarsenbayev, reiterated Monday his country’s support of the Palestinian plan to seek United Nations recognition of a Palestinian state within 1967 borders. In a meeting with Foreign Minister Riyad al-Malki in Ramallah, Sarsenbayev said the Kazakh leadership expressed its support of the Palestinian bid to go to the UN in the 38th session of the Foreign Ministers’ Council of Organization of Islamic Conference , which was held in the Kazakh capital, Astana, this June. Al-Malki expressed his thanks for Kazakhstan’s supportive stance of Palestine. He informed Sarsenbayev of the latest political updates in the Palestinian Territory and discussed ways to enhance bilateral relations between the two states in culture and economy.
