Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation Mohamed Abdel Ati received on Tuesday a report on work in the project of Masese beach in Jinja district, Uganda.
The project, which is part of bilateral cooperation with the Ugandan ministry of agriculture, animal wealth and fishery, started in 1999 upon Uganda's request to fight water weeds which block water inflow.
Nile water sector head Ahmed Bahaa Eddin, said this vital project includes a berth with three basins to help fishermen carry out their job.
