Tehran - Fars

Iranian Parliament Speaker Ali Larijani dismissed the latest US accusation against Tehran, saying that American officials are playing a childish game and have insulted the Iranian nation.Larijani said that "the issue and the plot is so naive that it doesn't need any mediation at all". He told reporters in the Swiss capital that American officials "should not play such a childish game. This is a kind of insult to the entire country". Last Tuesday, the US officials charged two men .he comment came after the United States said last Tuesday that Manssor Arbabsiar, a 56-year-old US citizen holding both Iranian and US passports, and Gholam Shakuri were charged with sponsoring and promoting terrorist activities abroad, including a plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador to the United States. Arbabsiar was arrested by the US authorities, while Shakuri is said to be out of the US.
