Tehran - Irna

Foreign Ministry spokesman, in reaction to violent measures of Yemen government on Saturday, expressed concern over clampdown on Yemeni peaceful protest. According to the report of Foreign Ministry Media Department, Ramin Mihman-parast said that while Yemeni people are following their demands peacefully, government forces have killed or wounded tens of them with semi-heavy weapons or lethal gas. He condemned violent action of the Yemeni government. The spokesman expressed sorrow over such oppressive actions as well as over silence of international organizations and underlined that these measures will make situation more complicated and the sole solution to the crisis is a peaceful response to legitimate demands of the people.
