The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in Vienna is to hold on Monday a new round of talks with Iran preceded by a meeting between IAEA Director General Yukiya Amano and Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi. The meeting of Amano and Araghchi is extremely important and quite similar to the previous meeting in Geneva, inaugurated by Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif and EU High Representative Catherine Ashton, which had a positive outcome, a diplomatic source in Vienna told KUNA. Iran's representative to the IAEA Reza Najafi will head the Iranian delegation, while Deputy Director General of the IAEA, Herman Nakertis will head the agency's, it was announced in Vienna. IAEA seeks to persuade Iran to allow access to the sites, people and documents connected with the nuclear program, particularly those related to military dimensions. The meeting between Iran and the UN Security Council five permanent members and Germany (P5+1), to be held in Vienna, following the talks between Iran and IAEA, will reveal the extent of interdependence between the settlement of the Iranian nuclear file and the lifting of international sanctions on Tehran. Iran and the P5+1 had agreed in Geneva on October 15-16 to form committees specialized in nuclear and scientific fields, to lift the sanctions in order to end disagreements prior to holding the next round of talks on November 7-8, in addition to presenting the resolutions to the principal negotiators of both sides. The meeting with the IAEA will focus on providing "Iran's new orientation towards the talks with the agency," according to statements made by Araghchi, who added that the continuation of cooperation as well as addressing problems will be part of the talks with Amano, in addition to the latest developments of negotiations between Iran and the P5+1. Experts from the ministries of oil, industries and mining, trade, roads and transportation, the Central Bank and the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran will partake in the talks between Iran and the P5+1 group in Vienna
