HRH Premier issues edicts 12, 13/2017

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa today issued Edict 12/2017 on amending some provisions of the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law promulgated by Edict 51/2012.
Under the edict, clauses 1, 6 and 7 of the Executive Regulation of the Civil Service Law were amended.
A new clause, 42 biz, was added to Edict 51/2012.
The Civil Service President shall implement the edict which will take effect a day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
HRH Premier also issued Edict 13/2017 on amending some provisions of the Payroll table determining salaries and benefits and prescribing conditions for their entitlement for employees who are subject to the Civil Service Law, promulgated in Edict 77/2013.
According to the edict, articles 5 and 7 and conditions 3, 9, 13, 53, 55 and 56 of the Edict 77/2013 were amended.
Article of Edict 77/2013 was cancelled.
The relevant ministers and CSB President –each in their capacity- shall implement the edict which will take effect a day after its publication in the Official Gazette.
