
HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE President of the Republic of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan held an official round of talks at the Emiri Diwan on Wednesday.
The session of talks was attended by HH the Deputy Emir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani and a number of Their Excellencies the Ministers, and members of the official delegation of the Turkish side.
Talks during the meeting tackled the relations between the two brotherly countries and ways of bolstering them in all areas to serve the interests of the two countries and brotherly people.
The two sides also exchanged views about the situation in Palestine, Syria and Yemen, and consulted on a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern.
Earlier, the Turkish President arrived at the Emiri Diwan earlier where he was accorded an official reception ceremony. (QNA)
