Gunman killed, tens wounded, 2 captured near border post in Iraq

Joint Operations Command announced that one gunman killed, tens wounded and two captured near a border post.In a statement to NINA on Saturday, Jan. 11, spokesman for the Joint Operations said that a force from Jazeera and Badiya Operations, in cooperation with the 15th Brigade of Border Force, repelled an attack by the terrorist Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) killing one gunman, wounding tens of them and capturing two others; they were pursued until they fled into Syrian territories, near al-Jabal border post.
