Abu Dhabi - KUNA

Egyptian Prime Minister Hazem Beblawi said Sunday the Gulf States and Egypt shared security and stability interests. Beblawi said, in a press conference held on the sidelines of his visit to UAE, that "any danger to the Gulf will directly affect Egypt," noting that such view remained as a firm position for Egypt to Gulf states. The Egyptian premier added that relations between Egypt and the Gulf countries were solid and growing, citing financial support of the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait. "June 30th was a defining moment not only inside Egypt, but also to countries in the region in general," Beblawi added. On Egypt's demonstration law, Beblawi said that the law still pending further discussions, however it would guarantee the right to demonstrate in the framework of the law, along with maintaining public safety.
