Foreign Ministry Undersecretary meets Canadian, US diplomats

Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Khalid Sulaiman Al-Jarallah met Monday with head of the Middle East Affairs department at Canada's Foreign Ministry Ambassador Mark Gwozdecky where they discussed bilateral ties and latest regional and international developments. He also met with United States Ambassador to Kuwait Matthew Tuller where they discussed His Highness the Amir of Kuwait's excepted visit to Washington D.C. on September 13th. His Highness the Amir will meet US President Barack Obama to discuss issues of common interests and the file of the Kuwaiti detainees in Guantanamo Bay. Both meeting were attended by Director of coordination and follow-up department Ambassador Khalid Al-Magamis and Deputy Director of Foreign Ministry Undersecretary Ambassador Jassim Al-Bidaiwi.
