Flash floods kill 5 in north China

Rain-triggered floods in northern China left five people dead and three others missing, officials said. The rain hit in Linxian County in Shanxi province around 3 p.m. Sunday, causing flash floods at a construction site, China's state-run Xinhua news agency reported. Five people were killed in the floods, local authorities said Sunday. Rescue crews were still looking for three others.
