
The Emirates Red Crescent (ERC), in co-operation with the UAE Embassy in Ireland, continues its charitable projects in the holy month of Ramadan by providing meals for the fasting people at Islamic centres across Ireland.
The embassy has been organising the Iftar at the Islamic Centre in Dundalk where 100 persons benefit from the gesture on a daily basis. Mohammed Al Shamsi, the Acting Charge d'affaires of the embassy, and Khalid Nasser Al Nuaimi from the embassy in Dublin attended the Iftar.
Mohammed Ansari, dean of the Islamic community in Dundalk, extended thanks to the UAE's government, people, the ERC and the UAE Embassy for their efforts.
