
Egypt's death toll has risen to 46 after Egyptian security forces scuffled with crowds of protesters calling for the reinstatement of Mohamed Morsi as president, Egyptian Health Ministry reported Saturday. Head of the critical health care center at the ministry Dr. Khalid Al-Khateeb told the press that the total number of the injured as of today has reached 708. The clashes are taking place in Rabaa al-Adawiya Square in Cairo and the governorates of Damietta, Gharbia, Sharqiya and the Nile Delta.
