Defense and Military Production Minister Sedki Sobhi on Tuesday discussed with his visiting Pakistani counterpart Rana Tanveer means of boosting military cooperation between the two countries.
During their meeting in Cairo, the two ministers discussed a number of regional and international issues of common interest amid security challenges in the Middle East.
Sobhi lauded the long-standing historical ties binding the two countries, hoping that the coming period would see more cooperation between the Armed forces of the two countries.
For his part, the Pakistani minister voiced his country’s full appreciation for Egypt’s efforts in supporting the peoples of the region.
