Death toll rises to 11, 17 wounded in Rafah

The death toll of the twin blasts that occurred earlier in the day near the Egyptian military intelligence building in Rafah rose to 11 and 17 others wounded. MENA quoted security sources in northern Sinai as saying that the two blasts led to the destruction of the building's main gate and some part of the fence.
