DAMAC recognises top real estate brokers
Dubai - Arab Today

DAMAC Properties, a leading real estate developer in the region, recently held its first awards ceremony to recognise top real estate brokers in the UAE, rewarding them for their contribution to the company’s sales volumes in the first quarter of 2017. More than 20 agents received special recognition for their high achievements in the sales of villas and apartments across DAMAC’s portfolio.

Over 250 members of DAMAC’s broker network in Dubai attended the inaugural ceremony, which will be held every quarter, and plans are underway to hold the event across regional and global network to recognise high achievers in sales transactions. The event is one of a series of new initiatives designed to reward the broker network and engage them in a collaboration drive.

DAMAC also embarked on a training programme recently for brokers to provide them with extensive product knowledge, tools and expertise that will help improve sales. In addition, a dedicated sales portal has been launched specifically for agents to manage their relationships with DAMAC and gain access to up-to-date information related to sales transactions and performance as well as commissions.

Niall McLoughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC Properties, said, "We are very proud of our esteemed network of agents and brokers who work with us diligently to promote our properties to a distinguished clientele in the UAE and abroad. We would especially like to thank those achieving exceptional sales results and look forward to rewarding more high achievers in upcoming events. We continuously strive to nurture the relationship with our brokers and provide incentives that motivate and reward good performance, and this works very well to enhance our sales efforts across the globe."
