Court adjourns trial of son of late Libyan ruler Gaddafi

The trial of Saif El Islam Al Gaddafi, son of fallen ruler of Libya Moammar Al Gaddafi, was adjourned Thursday by a Libyan court to December. The criminal court of Zintan is charging Saif El Islam along with 38 members of the former Libyan regime with crimes of murder and threatening the country's national security. Another prominent former official charged in the same case is former Prime Minister Baghdadi al-Mahmudi. Head of Gaddafi's People Guard Mansur Daw is also being charged.
