
The Administration of Civil Defense in Makkah implemented here today 309 field tours, including 141 housing buildings for pilgrims, 52 hotels and 66 shops in addition to 25 restaurants and warehouses. In a press statement, Brigadier Thamer Al-Hakami, Director General of the Civil Defense Administration in Makkah, said that these tours came within the Civil Defense's keenness standing on the safety requirements in the housing units and restaurants upon the directives of the leadership aiming to provide comfortable and stable ways for the pilgrims. Al-Hakami urged the owners and investors of the buildings and commercial and industrial activities on the necessity of providing safety requirements.
